Deposit £112.50 payable on booking
Balance £337.50 plus £200 Security deposit payable six weeks before arrival.
There is a £40 additional charge for heating/some logs.

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR
18th December - 4th January 2024 £650 per week
Deposit £162.50 payable on booking

DOGS ARE CHARGED AT £25 PER DOG PER WEEK TO ACCOMMODATE ADDITIONAL CLEANNG.
Deposit and balance can be paid by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal. We do not accept credit or debit cards. The security deposit will be returned in full, usually within two weeks, once our house keepers in France let us know that the house has been left as it should be.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The initial deposit of 25% of the total booking fee is non-refundable, unless we are able to re-let the property for the period booked. If you cancel within the six weeks before the first day of the rental period, the whole sum will become due, unless we are able to re-let the house. We would urge all guests to take out Travel Insurance.
